Instead of getting a Vietnam Visa at the Embassy, you can get it from 3 international airports, a method called: Visa on arrival. This is the simplest, fastest and most economical way to enter the country. You just need to apply online via our website, then get your "approval letter" from the Vietnam Immigration Department within 1-2 working days, and have your visa stamped at a Vietnamese airport. (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh & Da Nang).

How do you apply for a Vietnamese Visa?

Step 1: Just follow our online form.

Important: Please pay attention to insert the correct details of your name, passport number and arrival date. Any mistake may result in delays and extra costs.

Step 2: Getting the Approval Letter

We will start processing your visa immediately after getting your application. Within a maximum of 2 working days, we will send you an Approval Letter by email. You just need to print it out and prepare at least 2 passport-size photos (4cm x 6cm) to check in at your departure airport.

Step 3: Get your passport stamped with a visa at one of the Vietnam's international airports.

Upon arrival to Vietnam (only in Hanoi, Da Nang, or Ho Chi Minh Airport) you need to fill in a simple form, present them with your approval letter, passport, photos, and pay for the stamping fee then get your passport stamped.
