Vietnam Airlines - Fare Policy

Change of fee: The charge will be as per applied by Vietnam Airlines but outlined below.

1. Date/Time change fee time periods

Flights in Vietnam:

24 hours before ticketed flight date: 30USD

24 hours from ticketed flight date: 50USD

International Flights:

24 hours before ticketed flight date: 40USD

24 hours from ticketed flight date: 60USD no show + 30USD

2. Itinerary change fee

Passenger is to pay fare difference (new vs. current itinerary) plus itinerary change fee if applicable.

Flights in Vietnam:

24 hours before ticketed flight date: 30USD

24 hours from ticketed flight date: 50USD

Combination fare: Highest change fee of all changed fare components applied.

International Flights:

24 hours before ticketed flight date: 40USD

24 hours from ticketed flight date: 60USD no show + 30USD

Combination fare: Highest change fee of all changed fare components applied.

3. Cancellation/Refund fee: We will colect 4% service charge plus following:

Flights in Vietnam:

24 hours before ticketed flight date: 30USD

24 hours from ticketed flight date + NO SHOW: 50USD

Note: In some cases Vietnam Airlines applies surcharge. We will inform you case by case.

International Flights:

24 hours before ticketed flight date: 40USD if market fare & 60USD if soto fare

24 hours from ticketed flight date + NO SHOW: 60USD if market fare & No cancellation/refund applied for soto fare.

Note: After refund done, you will get your money in your card within 30-40 days subject to bank and card organization.

Note: In some cases Vietnam Airlines applies surcharge. We will inform you case by case.

4. Children price

• Under 2 years: Price will be 10% of adult price

• From 2 to 12 years old (at the time of travel date): Price will be 75% of adult price
