When do I need to pay? Top

All Tickets must be paid before issuing the official e-tickets receipt. Vietnam Airlines allows us to hold bookings for a limited period of time so we need your co-operation on fast payment. Your credit card will not be billed until we confirm available seats on plane

What I should do to cancel or change my itinerary? Top

If you wish changes or cancel your itinerary, please contact us immediately with all relevant information on your ticket. Charges will depend on the policies of Airlines and changes subject to the availability of seats you want.

Why are the prices not guaranteed for my Tickets? Top

Vietnam Airlines reserves the rights to change the fares at any time, and taxes and airport fees can also be changed at any time. We will inform you of the fare at the time that you inquire about the booking, but the fare is not guaranteed until the time that we issue the ticket.

What happens if I make a booking and then do not pay? Top

When you make a booking, we can hold the booking for a limited period of time, which depends on the availability of the flight and Vietnam Airlines. If we have not received confirmation from you on payment, it will be automatically canceled on the Airlines system.

Prices are quoted in US dollars, including Airport tax, Airport fees and service charge but exclude changing/cancellation/refund fees

Under 2 years: Price will be 10% of adult price • From 2 to 12 years old (at the time of travel date): Price will be 75% of adult price.

How much time do i need to be present at the Airport for flights? Top

Passengers need to be present at the Airport to check-in at following period of time: - For International Flights: From 2 hours before estimated time of departure (ETD), from 3 hours before estimated time of departure (ETD) for Boeing 777’s flights departing from Hanoi. Check-in procedure for those flights will be finished 40 minutes before estimated time of departure (ETD), 50 minutes before estimated time of departure (ETD) for Boeing 777’s flight departing from Hanoi. - For Vietnam domestic flights: From 2 hours before estimated time of departure (ETD). Check-in procedure for those flights will be finished 30 minutes before estimated time of departure (ETD).

How much is handbag and checked baggage? Top

Business class passengers are allowed to carry two pieces of cabin baggage and one piece for Economy class passengers, each piece must not to exceed the weight limitation of 07 kgs and the size limitation of 23x36x56 cm (for 9x14x22 inches). Hand baggage: Each passenger can carry on board a free baggage allowance : two pieces for Business class passenger and one piece for Economy class passenger. Each piece has a maximum weight of 7kg and the sum of three dimensions shall not exceed 115 cm (56 cm x 36 cm x 23 cm) or (22 x 14 x 9 inches). Vietnam Airlines may refuse to carry unchecked baggage and may require the passenger to check his baggage in case it exceeds the quantity, weight and dimensions as specified above. For Checked bagged, the weight is 25kgs for Economy Class and 30kgs for Business Class.

What's the luggage for prohibited and restricted carriage? Top

The following materials are prohibited to be carried in baggage: corrosive, gas, explosive, toxic, oxygen, radioactive, flammable. - The following materials are permitted to carry in baggage: knife, scissors, gun, cartridge, wheelchair with battery - Passengers should not put money, jewel, document, important samples... in your baggage. Baggages should be covered and locked carefully. - Passenger should not put breakable materials such as china, electronic, bottle, jar … inside your baggage; - The following goods are prohibited carrying in flight: fish sauce, durian.
