This function is to support passengers who book Vietnam Airlines to track the latest/updated itinerary/schedule of the eTickets. We highly recommend passengers to check eTickets status within 24 - 48 hours before departure time. To use our tool it is just simple to insert your eTickets information as below and click "submit" button.

* Reservation code: The code will be letter only or letter with number which shown in the final eTickets sent to you. If you have more than 1 reservation code, you can insert one by one and seperated by dash (-)

* Ticket number(s): Insert exactly the eTickets number (only number) printed in your eTickets. If more than 1 eTicket number just put one by one and seperate it by dash (-).

* Email: Pay attention to submit us right email, any mis-typing will cause you not getting your final itinerary sent to registered email by our system.

* Tel/Mobile: This is not compulsory but we suggest you should put your active tel/mobile phone as possible. In urgent case, we can use to call or SMS you. You can put both tel and mobile phone by dash (-)

* Confirmation code: Must be same as what shown in our website.

* Note: In case, you just get your reservation code and not yet get your eTickets, put eTickets number as zero (0). Our sytems will email you wheather eTickets is issued or not.
